Delivery estimates: 5 - 9 business days, depending on destination. Per item there is a 3% handling fee, calculated at check -out.

Duties & Taxes

All international orders are shipped Duties and Taxes Paid (DTP) – are not included in the shipping price and are at the clients responsibilities.

Please note: DHL may require your social security or tax ID number for customs clearance in some countries. Be sure to include your phone number at checkout to avoid delays.

Important to know

Customs & Import Fees: Customers are responsible for understanding and paying any applicable local customs duties or taxes.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels: Sutura Studio is not liable for any parcels lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

Unclaimed Orders: If a package is unclaimed and returned to us, no refund will be issued.

No Order Edits: Once an order is placed, we cannot make last-minute changes. To modify your size or address, your order will need to be cancelled and repurchased.

No Redirections After Dispatch: We cannot redirect orders once dispatched. Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.

Signature Required: Parcels cannot be left unattended. If no one is available to sign, DHL will arrange redelivery or hold your parcel for collection.

Return & Refund

We want you to love your piece.If it’s not quite right, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery. Returns are issued as store credit, valid for 1 year.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
