Free Shipping

Certain orders qualify for free shipping, check out for your country below what is the minimum spend to receive it. This threshold is automatically converted to your local currency at checkout based on the current exchange rate — so if you're shopping in USD, GBP, AUD or any other currency, the equivalent amount will be applied automatically by Shopify at the time of your order.

Estimated delivery is 7 to 12 working days from dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.

We hope you love your Sutura piece. As a small, independently produced label, every piece is made in limited quantities. Please review the product measurements carefully before ordering, and feel free to contact us if you need help choosing your size.

European Union

EU customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us before sending your return so we can provide the correct European return address and return instructions.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Indonesia

Returns are accepted for items that arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect.

For sizing concerns, please contact us. Where stock is available, we will do our best to arrange an exchange.

All returned items must be unworn, unused and have their original tags attached.

Rest of the World

Due to the international nature of our production and fulfilment, we currently do not offer standard returns or size exchanges outside the European Union and Indonesia.

We therefore recommend checking the measurements provided on each product page carefully before ordering. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order — we are happy to help.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Size exchanges are not possible, except in Indonesia. Before ordering, please consult our size chart carefully. Each product page also lists the exact measurements of that specific piece.

Sutura garments are made from natural fibers by skilled artisans in Bali. Natural materials have character — slight variations in texture or tone are part of what makes each piece unique, and are not considered defects.
